Welcome Coach Cassandra Gordon
Coach Cassie is a household name in Santa Barbara with many accolades locally and at the Division I collegiate level. A four-year starter and team captain at Santa Barbara High School, Coach Cassie was named Team MVP and All-CIF. Coach Cassie also played for Diana Taurasi’s EYBL club team.
Coach Cassie was recruited to play at Georgetown her freshman and sophomore season, playing in 28 games each season and becoming a starter her sophomore year. She then transferred to Loyola Marymount University and finished out her DI career as a starter and prolific producer for LMU.
Most recently, Coach Cassie played professionally in Italy before returning to her hometown as a teaching assistant at Vieja Valley Elementary and asst. coach for Riviera Ridge Girls Basketball. We are thrilled to have her bring her talents to assist with Coach Darnell with developing our LevelUp players.
